Terms and Conditions for PREDOMINI Distributors

1.⁠ ⁠Scope

PREDOMINI's business model is a business model in which PREDOMINI products are sold through a network of distributors who earn commissions based on their own sales and recruitment of new customers. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts and business relationships between PREDOMINI and its distributors.

2.⁠ ⁠Contract Formation

The contract between the company and the distributor is formed through registration as a distributor on the company's website. PREDOMINI operates in 55 countries worldwide where the PREDOMINI trademark is registered. Different countries and regions have different laws and regulations governing multi-level marketing.

3.⁠ ⁠Distributor Obligations

Distributors must comply with consumer protection laws in the countries where they operate and provide accurate and truthful information about the products they sell. Distributors must not make false income claims or misrepresent the compensation plan. They must also pay taxes on their income and expenses and keep proper receipts.

4.⁠ ⁠Consumer Protection

PREDOMINI protects consumers and requires distributors to refrain from deceptive or fraudulent practices. Distributors must respect consumers' rights and interests and comply with applicable laws and regulations on consumer protection and fair trade.

Distributors have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of contract formation.

  • Distributors must disclose their identity, connected costs and fees, cancellation and refund conditions, and any income claims or guarantees.
  • ⁠Distributors are strictly prohibited from making false or misleading statements about products or their own experiences.
  • Distributors must provide written notice of the right of withdrawal and a full refund within 10 days of cancellation.
