We ship only in 55 Countries, where PREDOMINI is represented, Shipping is free to all our countries where PREDOMINI is represented,
meaning there are no additional shipping costs.

2. Returns Right
The Return Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs from all countries where the PREDOMINI is represented. Please send returns ONLY after contacting us.

Withdrawal Statement

If you wish to withdraw from your contract, you have the right to do so in writing. You have 14 days from receipt of your item(s) to send your written withdrawal declaration to office@predomini.com. Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will send you a written confirmation of withdrawal by email.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unwarned or unused, with tags and valid Hologram on tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

You are then required to return all Original packaging contents:
- the original PREDOMINI City Bag or PREDOMINI Shopper Bag with Certificate of Authenticity, with his valid original Hologram and valid serial number.
- PREDOMINI original accessories:
- removable zippered wallet with detachable strap for Shopper
- adjustable shoulder strap for City Bag
- detachable logo pendant
- PREDOMINI original box
- PREDOMINI original paper bag
- PREDOMINI original dust bag
- PREDOMINI original polybag
within 7 days to the address provided in the withdrawal confirmation.

3. Payment. Payment Methods Various payment methods
are available in our shop. Credit Card If you pay by credit card, enter your
credit card details during the ordering process. After verifying that you are
the legitimate cardholder, the payment will be processed automatically. The
amount will then be debited from your credit card. Klarna We offer various
payment options through Klarna, such as: Purchase on account (30-day payment period). Installment purchase (monthly installments). Klarna
(immediate debit to your bank account). Payment through Klarna is only available to consumers. A successful address and credit check is required. The goods you purchase remain our property until you have paid the full purchase price. Ownership of the goods only transfers to you after full payment. 5. Transport Damage: If you receive goods with obvious transport damage, you should: inform the deliverer immediately and have the
damage documented. Contact us immediately to report the damage. Filing a complaint and contacting us will help us assert our claims against the
transport company or insurance company. Failure to file a complaint or contact
us will not affect your statutory rights or warranty rights. It is therefore
important to report transport damage immediately to ensure that all necessary
steps can be taken.

6. Warranty and Guarantees: PREDOMINI offers a lifetime warranty only on its original bags containing Anti-Counterfeiting Technology wich Proof every Bag Authenticity: That confirms that the bag is an original PREDOMINI product.
Serial number management: The serial number can be used to uniquely identify and
track the bag. If an original PREDOMINI product develops a defect, it will
either be repaired or replaced.

The guarantee covers:
- Repairs of manufacturing defects

- If repair is not possible, PREDOMINI will replace the product with a new PREDOMINI bag.

The guarantee does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling or care
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs

Important notes:
- This guarantee is valid regardless of the purchase date.
- It is valid only once per product and does not cover repeated defects or damage.
- If a bag is replaced, the guarantee is no longer valid for the new bag.

To claim the guarantee, contact an authorized PREDOMINI dealer or PREDOMINI customer service and provide the proof of purchase along with the Certificate of Authenticity

The statutory warranty law applies to the goods, as stipulated in the German Civil
Code (BGB).

If the goods do not correspond to the contractually agreed characteristics, you
can assert your rights. The law governing liability for defects governs the
