meaning there are no additional shipping costs. We only ship by mail;
unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

The Return Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. 6. Warranty and Guarantees: PREDOMINI offers a lifetime warranty only on its original bags containing an NFC chip. Proof of
Authenticity: The chip confirms that the bag is an original PREDOMINI product.
Serial number management: The serial number can be used to uniquely identify and
track the bag. If an original PREDOMINI product develops a defect, it will
either be repaired or replaced. This warranty is valid regardless of the time
elapsed since purchase. The warranty is valid only once per product and does
not cover repeated defects or damage. If a bag is replaced, the warranty does
not apply to the new bag. The warranty also does not apply to damage caused by:
Improper handling, Incorrect use, Wear and tear, or normal wear and tear. The
statutory warranty law applies to the goods, as stipulated in the German Civil
Code (BGB).

If the goods do not correspond to the contractually agreed characteristics, you
