It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere up to 14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

1.  Delivery: We PREDOMINI USt-IdNr. DE368117714, Shipping via DHL or UPS. We ship only in 55 Countries, where PREDOMINI is represented, Shipping is free to all our countries where PREDOMINI is represented, meaning there are no additional shipping costs.

2. Returns Right: The Return Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs from all countries where the PREDOMINI is represented. Please contact us over our PREDOMINI Online Shop email contact under "usage of the legal return policy"

3. Withdrawal Statement:
If you wish to withdraw from your contract, you have the right to do so in writing. You have 14 days from receipt of your item(s) to send your written withdrawal declaration to office@predomini.com. Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will send you a written confirmation of withdrawal by email.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unwarned or unused, with tags and valid Hologram on tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

You are then required to return all Original packaging contents:
- the original PREDOMINI City Bag or PREDOMINI Shopper Bag with Certificate of Authenticity, with his valid original Hologram and valid serial number.
- PREDOMINI original accessories:
- removable zippered wallet with detachable strap for Shopper
- adjustable shoulder strap for City Bag
- detachable logo pendant
- PREDOMINI original dust bag
within 7 days to the address provided in the withdrawal confirmation.

3. Payment. Payment Methods Various payment methods are available in our shop. Credit Card If you pay by credit card, enter your credit card details during the ordering process. After verifying that you are the legitimate cardholder, the payment will be processed automatically. The amount will then be debited from your credit card. Klarna We offer various payment options through Klarna, such as: Purchase on account (30-day payment period). Installment purchase (monthly installments).

Klarna (immediate debit to your bank account). Payment through Klarna is only available to consumers. A successful address and credit check is required. Payment terms and deadlines vary depending on the option selected. PayPal To pay with PayPal, you must: Have a PayPal account. Log in with your login details. Confirm the payment order. 4. Retention of Title: Retention of Title The goods you purchase remain our property until you have paid the full purchase price. Ownership of the goods only transfers to you after full payment. This is a standard retention of title that ensures we can protect our rights as the seller if payment is not made in full, or if the return is not in accordance with the Withdrawal Statement.

5. Transport Damage: If you receive goods with obvious transport damage, you should: inform the deliverer immediately and have the damage documented. Contact us immediately to report the damage. Filing a complaint and contacting us will help us assert our claims against the transport company or insurance company. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights or warranty rights. It is therefore important to report transport damage immediately to ensure that all necessary steps can be taken.

Warranty and Guarantees: PREDOMINI offers a 2 Years warranty only on its original bags containing Anti-Counterfeiting Technology wich Proof every Bag Authenticity: That confirms that the bag is an original PREDOMINI product. Serial number management: The serial number can be used to uniquely identify and
track the bag. If an original PREDOMINI product develops a defect, it will either be repaired or replaced.

Material and Care of PREDOMINI Handbags:
Our handbags are crafted from high-quality full-grain leather, known for its durability, natural texture, and ability to develop a beautiful patina over time. The soft leather lining with its simple structure adds a touch of luxury to each bag.

Material and Care:
- Protect the bags from direct sunlight and heat.
- Protect the bags from rain.
- If the bag gets wet, dry it immediately with a clean, soft cloth.
- Keep the PREDOMINI bag away from cosmetics, perfumes/oils, and do not carry unsealed drinks in the bag.
- Do not carry heavy items that could distort the bag's shape.
- Use a soft cloth to clean the bag.
- When not in use, store the bag in the provided PREDOMINI original dust bag.

2 Years Guarantee:
PREDOMINI creates handbags that are an investment in style, durability, and craftsmanship, backed by a lifetime guarantee. Each bag combines style, durability, and timeless elegance and comes with an Authenticity Certificate.

The guarantee covers:
- Repairs of manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Replacement of defective parts
- If repair is not possible, PREDOMINI will replace the product with a new PREDOMINI bag.

The guarantee does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling or care
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs

7. Important notes:
- This guarantee is valid regardless of the purchase date.
- It is valid only once per product and does not cover repeated defects or damage.
- If a bag is replaced, the guarantee is no longer valid for the new bag.

To claim the guarantee, contact an authorized PREDOMINI dealer or PREDOMINI customer service and provide the proof of purchase along with the Certificate of Authenticity The statutory warranty law applies to the goods, as stipulated in the German Civil Code (BGB).

If the goods do not correspond to the contractually agreed characteristics, you can assert your rights. The law governing liability for defects governs the seller's liability for defects or faults in the goods.
