Yes, we ship only in 55 Countries where Predomini Brandname is Registred. Shipping costs is free.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 14-21 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

we ship only in 55 Countries where Predomini Brandname is Registred, Shipping is free to all our countries where PREDOMINI is represented,
meaning there are no additional shipping costs. We only ship by mail;
unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
2. Returns Right
The Return Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs from all countries where the PREDOMINI brand is registered. Please send returns ONLY to

3. Payment. Payment Methods Various payment methods
are available in our shop. Credit Card If you pay by credit card, enter your
credit card details during the ordering process. After verifying that you are
the legitimate cardholder, the payment will be processed automatically. The
amount will then be debited from your credit card. Klarna We offer various
payment options through Klarna, such as: Purchase on account (30-day payment period). Installment purchase (monthly installments). Klarna
(immediate debit to your bank account). Payment through Klarna is only available to consumers. A successful address and credit check is required. Payment terms and deadlines vary depending on the option selected. PayPal To pay with PayPal, you must: Have a PayPal account. Log in with your login details. Confirm the payment order. Payment will be processed immediately after placing your order. PayPal handles the payment.
Apple Pay To pay with Apple Pay, you need: The Safari browser. An Apple

4. Retention of Title: The goods you purchase remain
our property until you have paid the full purchase price. Ownership of the
goods only transfers to you after full payment. This is a standard retention of
title that ensures we can protect our rights as the seller if payment is not
made in full.
5. Transport Damage: If you receive goods with obvious transport damage, you should: inform the deliverer immediately and have the
damage documented. Contact us immediately to report the damage. Filing a complaint and contacting us will help us assert our claims against the
transport company or insurance company. Failure to file a complaint or contact
us will not affect your statutory rights or warranty rights. It is therefore
important to report transport damage immediately to ensure that all necessary
steps can be taken.
6. Warranty and Guarantees: PREDOMINI offers a lifetime warranty only on its original bags containing an NFC chip. Proof of
Authenticity: The chip confirms that the bag is an original PREDOMINI product.
Serial number management: The serial number can be used to uniquely identify and
track the bag. If an original PREDOMINI product develops a defect, it will
either be repaired or replaced. This warranty is valid regardless of the time
elapsed since purchase. The warranty is valid only once per product and does
not cover repeated defects or damage. If a bag is replaced, the warranty does
not apply to the new bag. The warranty also does not apply to damage caused by:
Improper handling, Incorrect use, Wear and tear, or normal wear and tear. The
statutory warranty law applies to the goods, as stipulated in the German Civil
Code (BGB).
7.Liability for defects: As a consumer, you have rights and protection under statutory liability for defects.
If the goods do not correspond to the contractually agreed characteristics, you
can assert your rights. The law governing liability for defects governs the
seller's liability for defects or faults in the goods.
